ZEN  range of badminton gear has been created to provide technologically advanced racquets and accesories.
We have created racquets that are stronger,lighter and dynamically balanced to suit every individual style of play.

nano:Zen Katana range uses Fullerene compunds which make the racquets denser and
a lot lighter than ordinary graphite.Nanocarbon is a lot denser than ordinary graphite and hence can
withstand high degrees of stress.Multiple layers of Hypercarbon, are placed facing different directions,
creating racquets with varying feel and stiffness.

:A special type of Kevlar or Aramid weave,called K-49, is inserted into the racquets
 at strategic locations to give the racquets a very dynamic and sensitive balance.Kevlar brings the following
properties to the racquet:
#High tensile strength at low weights
#Low elongation to break high modulus[Structural rigidity]
#Low thermal shrinkage
#High toughness[work to break]
#Excellent dimensional stability.
All these qualities make the racquets more resistant to damage and more impact resistant to shuttlecocks travelling
at 300km/hr or faster!

:Titanium SP700 is used at the weakest points of the racquet to create and extremely
 Hypersensitive racquet bed.

#Tensile strength:SP700 is thrice as dense as normal graphite and a lot lighter.
#Elongation:Ti-Mesh fibres are very highly flexible and act like a spring upon impact.This helps absorb a lot of
the shock imparted to the racquet and gives greater control over the shuttlecock.This reduces racquet torsion as well.
#Hardness:SP700 is a hard metal and hence resistant to cracking and damage         
   .
Ti-mesh fibres bring a lightness and a spring effect to the racquet.
